Top 5 Important Blog Pages to Add to Your New Blog
A page on your blog is any page on your blog with contents in various multimedia formats (video, texts, audios etc.) which your readers can access for informational or transnational purposes.
This is the default page visitors see when they visit your main URL i.e www.yourblogname.com.
This page is important for easy navigation when your blog visitors are on other pages.
IMPORTANT: By default, WordPress shows your latest blog posts on the front page of your website.
For a new blog, you may need to add 3 or 4 sample posts to be able to see what it looks like.

About You (Your Team) and Your Business – having an About page and a team About page adds a personal element to your blog.
With your blog About page, make sure you describe what your blog can do for your blog visitors.

If you’ve got products or services that you offer, list your them in this page and explain what your business has to offer.
Most importantly explain how your products or services will be of value to your blog visitors.

How to Add Pages to Your Blog
Adding a page to your website is simple. On the left side of your dash board, Go to Pages → Add New to create a new page, fix in your page title and possible contents, then his publish.
Then click publish at the right panel.
How to Set Your Static Front/Homepage – 2 Ways

Create a new page that you want to make your static homepage
On the left side of your dash board, Go to Pages → Add New to create a new page that you want to make static, or edit an existing page.
Before you publish,
On the right side of this current page, change the page template under Page attribute box to the default Magazine Homepage template that comes with the theme.
Then hit publish.
NOTE: This is exactly how you create any page on your website (about us page, terms & condition page, contact us page, etc.). Just that other pages don’t need the attribute box, leave them at default.
Once you hit publish, these blog pages are individually added to your blog. To make each visible to you and your visitors, you’ll have to add them to navigation menu.

Set Magazine Homepage Template as Front Page
If you want to use the Magazine Homepage template as your front page, at the left panel of your admin dashboard go to Settings → Reading and set “Front page displays” to “A static page”.
From the dropdown menu of the “Front Page”, select the Magazine page you created earlier titled ‘Home’.
Click “Save changes” button at the bottom to save your settings.
Now if you go to www.yourblogname.com, your front page will have been styled. All you need to do is add posts and widgets.
